If you have received products that are damaged, rotten, incorrect, expired, or not as described, you can initiate a return/exchange request within 24 hours. We are committed to resolving your issue promptly, and you can expect a resolution within the next 7 working days (or 10 days for locations outside Dhaka) after submitting your request.

You can request an exchange for the following reasons:

  • If you have received a damaged product.
  • If you have received an expired product.
  • If you have received the wrong item instead of the item you ordered.

For the aforementioned reasons, we will cover the cost of return delivery.

The customer will be responsible for covering the return delivery charge due to the following reason(s):

Inability to receive the parcel from the customer’s end.

Order cancellation by the customer after the parcel has already been shipped or delivered.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly follow these steps:

  • We will acknowledge and confirm your exchange/return request, and provide instructions regarding the pickup process.
  • Prior to returning the product, please ensure that it remains unused and in its original condition. Include all labels, the original packaging, and the invoice along with the product.
